In terms of exercise, Disney's athletic training is sooooo fine!!!!! We do it every week with our trainor, Henry. For the second session, he brought us to the Inspirational Lake, a public park for Hong Kong locals and tourists to get a load of fresh air as we go thru our routine. Not to mention, the cool people I was with that day, Henry, Josh, Gil and Tracey made the whole experience unforgettable.
