Papica!!!

Awit, Sayaw at Tula para sa Madla: A Fund-Raising Concert.

Nov. 25, 8 p.m. Aliw Theater, Star City, CCP Complex, Pasay City.
The concert featured Piolo Pascual, Jay R, Erik Santos, Pops Fernandez along with Frances Makil-Ignacio, Mara Paulina Marasigan, Cris Pasturan and Shamaine Centenera-Buencamino, and the Whiplash Dancers.
The opening number went fantastic. The artists had fun as they grooved together with the group. The Whiplash dancing with happy feet during their spot was well applauded. Knowing that it was the group's forte (tap dancing), they managed to dress up as students featuring one of PAPICA's books. That's the reason why I'm in my Nursing uniform. Man! Time just knows how to fly by that fast! The show aimed to send one kid to school if you purchase 1 Papica book.

my favorite past time

Hey you music lovers out there!!!! Attention please!
Try out this cool "Guitar Hero II" game (for SONY Play Station 2) which draws out the rocker in you.. Hits from the well known rock bands namely, Aerosmith (my personal favorite), Guns N' Roses and Red Hot Chilli Peppers can be extracted after playing the Career mode. If you play the said mode continuously, more and more songs would be uploaded. You also have the chance to buy your own choice of music because you'd be earning money in the game for each gig you play. You can dress up your icon also as well as the guitars they use. It's important that you have the ear for music. The game isn't all about how fast you toggle the buttons. It's how you mix up the tones and come up with a good funky music. You can sing along if you want. Stylish get ups for "Avril Lavigne fashionistas" and ideas for a backdraft for those in the production staff are additional treats you get from this game. So die hard rockers, this game is for you! Check it out!

Best Pictures of 2006

Way back 1996, I wondered why my mom was so into bringing a big bag of camera all the way across Europe and U.S. as we toured to the most prestigious places. She went crazy taking shots of the exquisite spots, I know. Namely, the Eiffel Tower, Westminster Abbey, the Buckingham Palace, EPCOT Center, Sleeping Beauty's castle in Disneyland Florida, and Las Vegas' finest hotels...That is the reason why. She most especially chose Canon in capturing this breath-taking views and believe it or not, it still is alive and kicking. Or at least, one of them is.
But never did I appreciate photos, not until today, 10 years later. After graduating from the thermos' sized camera, I finally got my digital one after bagging my retrogression fee in FEU..Canon, still because of its unbelievable life span. From then on, I really can't help but convince myself that I should at least capture every moment with friends, family and just about of anything. I recently developed a hobby of appreciating pictures taken by friends, displayed by colleagues and presented by talented people. I've collected some of the best and I'm planning to create a blog for it by the end of the year.
Watch out for the BEST PICTURES '06... Yours might be one of it!!!!
